Sales Manager

Job Description:

  • Reporting to the Head of Sales and Marketing, the role will be required to lead the business development of the territories
  • Work on collaboration and articulation arrangements with schools and colleges
  • Ensure monthly and quarterly generation of qualified leads in the pipeline from the team
  • Drive and manage the recruitment team to ensure monthly and quarterly quotas are met
  • Be competent and professional in providing consultation and advisory services to prospective students
  • Competently and professionally apply and adhere to all business processes to be compliant with regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with at least 5 years of relevant experience preferably from the education industry
  • Proven successful track record in the local and Asean education recruitment markets
  • Aggressive and driven individuals with proven ability to build an effective and dynamic team
  • Relevant market experience particularly in school collaborations and able to rapport with agents effectively
  • Good connection with schools, colleges and education bureaus at provincial level will be an added advantage
  • Able to travel for overseas trips every other month

 

Dance Lecturer

Job Description:

  • To conduct lectures and tutorials, able to teach Contemporary Dance and Dance Choreography
  • To be involved in the total development of students, development of teaching and training curriculum
  • To monitor students’ progress
  • To assist in planning and organizing master classes, public performances and activities for students
  • To assist the department in any other areas as required

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification of a Bachelor of Dance or preferably Master of Dance, in any mjor study for dance pedagogy teaching and non-performance modules
  • Possess qualifications of 1 level higher than the level of the course if possess less than 5 years of working experience in the same field as the course, module or subject
  • Have at least 5 years of working experience in the same field as the course, module or subject; qualifications in the same field at least equivalent to the level of the course
  • Minimum working experience of at least 1 year for degree or master qualified candidate and minimum teaching experience of at least 1 year for qualification lower than degree i.e. of the same level of the course of teaching
