Medical Coverage

At SRMC, we’ve got a safety net ready for you with our comprehensive Medical Insurance, ensuring you can focus on your studies and creative pursuits without sweating the small stuff. Partnering with Liberty Insurance, we make sure all our students (with a few exceptions as per the EduTrust Certification guidelines) are covered under a robust Group Hospital & Surgical Insurance plan.

Here’s the deal: our Medical Insurance Scheme is tailored to give you peace of mind with an annual coverage limit of at least S$20,000. Whether you need a B2 ward in government or restructured hospitals or you’re globe-trotting for school-related activities, we’ve got you covered 24/7, anywhere in the world, for the entire duration of your course. And if you’re wondering about beefing up your coverage, we’re here to chat about your options for more comprehensive insurance.

Your coverage kicks in as soon as you sign the Standard PEI-Student Contract and handle your course fees. Keep in mind, for your journey with us to remain worry-free year after year, staying on top of the Medical Insurance Premium is key for uninterrupted coverage.

For our Singapore Citizens, Singapore Permanent Residents, and international students cruising without Student Passes, if you’ve already got medical insurance with coverage of at least S$20,000 annually, you might opt out of our plan. But, if you’re diving into full-time courses, we’ll need a peek at your Medical Insurance Policy for a quick check, and you can declare your opt-out in the Standard PEI-Student Contract.

So, let’s keep the focus on your creativity and ambitions, knowing you’re protected every step of the way with SRMC.
